Is my pricing plan payment secure?
Absolutely, we use HTTPS throughout our entire website, which means your payment details are encrypted. We also use a service called Stripe to handle our payments, the #1 payment gateway used for only transactions.
What happens after I sign up?
You will be able to add your business listing, but you don’t have to do it immediately. Take your time and have a think, or dive right in. You will be asked for a username and password during your sign-up, so you can log back in later.
Can I get some help with my listing?
Of course, you can, we will even do your listing for you if you like. Just ping us a message via the contact page, and we will sort you out.
Do you tell people about my listing?
Can I really cancel anytime?
100%. We have no contract, and we only want happy customers on The Dots. You can manage your subscription and pricing plan details directly from your account section on the site.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my pricing plan?
Yes, you can do this right from your account on The Dots. Our system will pro-rate your account from the day you change your plan.
