Feeling overwhelmed is normal. If you are a parent, work in a job where you are continually caring for others, or you are a caregiver for adult loved ones then you are definitely experiencing moments of overwhelm, stress and burnout. Increased overwhelm, grief, and anxiety, can pop up during difficult moments in our lives and sometimes even when we are doing things that we love and choose to do. When we use creativity with intention it can be helpful in connecting with and caring for what we are experiencing. It is about getting grounded, gaining clarity, and caring for your emotional health. Through my work I provide creative wellness experiences with individuals, youth, and groups.
