Many of our local Visitor Information Centre's (VIC's) in Nova Scotia are closing, and services like Google are not dedicated to Lunenburg County. The Dots is the new way to find businesses, local events and jobs in Lunenburg County, all in one location, both on users computers and on their phones.
To begin with, The Dots Business Profile page is by far prettier than a Facebook page. Facebook is also huge and not focused on Lunenburg County, you are competing with thousands of pages, and Facebook also has an algorithm which dictates what people see. The Dots makes all businesses visible regardless of type or size, and we also have a great 'Similar listing' feature.
Great, you can link to your website directly from The Dots. Many of our customers are using their Business Profile page as their website, but if you have a website, or you sell or deal with bookings elsewhere, then just link off to that site.
